Craig is an awesome guy, he was working across the street and I saw they worked on windows, so I asked him to take a look at mine. Not only did he fix the windows, but he showed me what was wrong and how to work with the manufacturer to get a warranty repair! I asked him how much, and he said Merry Christmas! What a great person, I wish there were more genuinely nice people like this who ran businesses. I will definitely use Craig for any future window issues.

When Craig first came out to look at my project, I knew he was going to do a good job. He was so knowledgeable and gave me perfect advice on the best solutions in replacing some 100 year old windows in my basement. He worked hard to find the best egress window for a bedroom. Now that the job is done, I am so happy with the results. Craig and his crew were great to deal with. They were easy to communicate with, respectful of my home and meticulous with their work. Even the price seemed reasonable for the quality of windows and the time they spent. I’m so happy I am going to have them replace a bunch of upstair windows next year.
